Several months ago, I got a RIDICULOUS tattoo of a flower on my leg. It's big, brightly colored, obnoxious and poorly done. I'm really in need of a cover-up, but the bright colors will be difficult to cover. I was wondering if any tattooists could help me come up with an idea.
